FACILITIES

A periodical medical check-up is arranged by the team of doctors deputed by shri Adi Shakti Ma Pateshwari Sevashram Chikitsalaya, Tulshipur, Balrampur. A Medical report to this effect is sent to the parents for further consultations if needed. A medical card is issued for records and follow up.

It is periodically organised in which discussion is done over child’s educational and welfare matters.

• Parents are expected to co-operate with the school authorities, by ensuring that the children obsrrve punctuality and discipline ,wear neat and clean school , uniform , prepare their lessons , home work and take active part in the activities of the school .
• Parents should check the school diary and sign the reports recorded by the teachers .
• Parents / Guardians are requvested to the keep themselves in touch with the school have to a clear idia of their wards progress in studies and generals behaviour.
• Parents are advised not to meet the teachers in the classroom or in the staff-room . Those who wish to seek information, suggestion or make complemaints abut their wards’ education or the other matter may meet the Pricipal during working hours.
• School outhorities will be responsible for the students only during school hours .
• If the parents wish that their children shall be submitted and permission be obtained to this effect.

Tours to places of Educational, Historical, Geographical and Industrial Importance are arranged.
