The School
The aim of education is to make a complete development of the child whether it is physical, moral or intellectual. In this connection, Gorakhpeeth aims at evolving a child into a full grown personality. The legendry Peeth which has been a driving force in the composition of the Vedas and Upanishads has great vision to help the humanity to learn through great seats of learning. His holiness, then Gorakhpeethadheeshwar Mahant Digvijai Nath Ji Maharaj established Maharana Pratap Shiksha Prishad, Gorakhpur in 1932 to fulfill the aims of true education. Since then, in course of time, many seats of learning from primary to post graduate colleges, technical and medical institutions as well as social work programmes sprouted in lime light.
The journey is still on. His successor national saint Brahmleen Mahant Avedyanath Ji Maharaj gave more potential to this works and nearly forty institutions are running under skilled leadership and guidance of Gorakhpeeth. Brahmleen Mahant Avedyanath Ji Maharaj wished to educate children belonging to rural areas who don’t have access to quality education and have to migrate to cities in search of good schools. This is why he laid the foundation of Adi Shakti Ma Pateshwari Public School a CBSE Based Co-educational, English Medium School in Bhawaniyapur, Tulsipur, Balrampur.
Goraksh Peethadhishwar Mahant Yogi Aditya Nath Ji Maharaj is now carrying forward his vision. Under his supervision the school has been started with all the facilities providing the rural children an excellent environment to learn. It an English Medium School from Class Nursery to VIII according to NCRET pattern and later on will be upgraded to Senior Secondary (10+2) level in Science, Commerce and Humanities streams under the affiliation of Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi.
The school has well-equipped Science lab, Math lab, Computer lab and Library. All round development of students based on high moral and patriotic values is our priority. We have a highly qualified staff which would help students to excel in every field of life and create a bright future for themselves.
