Admission Formalities

• Admission upto Class-V without transfer certificate may be allowed, provided the parents/guardians declare in writing that the child has not studied in any recognized school and submit date of birth certificate in original, issued by Municipality/Corporation/Gram Vikas Adhikari. A child coming from recognized school wioll be required to submit transfer certificate in original duly countersigned by the competent authority and photo copy of marks statement for having passed the relevant examination.
• Application for admission should be made directly to the Principal on the admission/ registration form signed by the parents, which is available along with the prospectus for a sum of Rs. 100/- only.
• There will be admission test on the due date for all the classes except class Nursery and then the deserving ones will be admitted.
• Once the entrance test and interviews are conducted and list of successful students is declared, the unsuccessful candidate may be allowed for a retest. No third attempt is allowed.
• Entrance test will comprise of proficiency in languages, Mthematics and communication ability in English, in particular.
• If the child lacks communication ability and fails in the admission test, he/she may be asked to seek admission in a lower class for which he/she is actually capable.

ATTENDANCE:

Students must be punctual and regular in attendance. Leave application must be submitted to Principal’s office or to class teacher.
